Ordering Information
After you submit an order online, you will get an automatically generated
e-mail to confirm that it's been received here.
After that, usually within 24 hours (or on Monday if you are ordering over
the weekend), we will e-mail you to let you know your order is being
filled. Despite our best efforts, occasionally something will be out of stock. If
that happens, we'll e-mail you to ask what you prefer in terms of
back-ordering.
Also, please note: We try to keep prices on the website up to date, but
because we keep a tremendous inventory, operate without a computerized
inventory system, update prices manually, and sell some pieces quite
seldom, sometimes a price will be out of date. If you order a piece for which our
website price is out of date, we will e-mail you to give you the current
price and ask for your confirmation before shipping.
Payment Information
In order to give you the fastest, most efficient service, we request that payment
be provided for at the time of the order. You can do this by entering your credit
card information on the Secure Order Form.
NOTE: When paying by credit card, you will not be charged until your order is shipped.
If you prefer to pay by check, just print out a copy of your order and mail it to
us along with your check. Please remember to allow 7-10 days for processing.
Purchase Orders
We welcome purchase orders from schools and other institutions. If you shop online,
use the 'Special Comments' box on the final order form to cite your PO
number. You may also print out your order and mail it to us along with a copy of
your PO. If your school does not require POs, simply place your order and instruct
us to bill the appropriate office. If you are within New York State and are tax
exempt, we will need a copy of your sales tax exemption form to keep on file.
Returns
Music is not returnable or exchangeable unless it is defective in some way (missing
a part, blank or out of order pages, etc) or we shipped the wrong item to you. We
can not take back music because it is not satisfactory or is not what you expected,
or because it is too easy or too difficult or you decided to change your program
after you ordered it. In the case of defective music, we will exchange your defective
copy for a corrected version if possible. We will only issue a refund or credit
if a corrected copy is no longer available.
